Congee Queen - Scarborough(Agincourt Mall)

Delicious food. Lot of choices. Big place with a lot of seating. Usually very crowded and will have to wait a bit. Fast service.

Love this restaurant! The food is always hot and prices are really reasonable. Best time to go for dinner is a little earlier around 5:30, otherwise it will get really busy between 6-8. I like this location the best, portions are bigger and flavour is consistent.

Congee queen has always been one of my favorite go to Chinese restaurant. Fast service and quick turnaround for their tables.

There is usually a 15 minutes wait time during weekend lunch hour, but I'm quite amazed at how fast their kitchen can pump out decent dish that quickly. They're also very generous with their portions, I always have leftovers to take home good enough for another meal.

Great for larger groups. Twelve of us and costs only $220 with tax and tip, and lots of doggy food for home. For those that are not from Asia in other words Caucasians, in Toronto area, that haven't been to Congee Queen, this is a different concept of food service. It is sort of a buffet that is brought to your table. Each person orders what they like but it's brought on a large platter to be shared with everybody else at the table. so if you would like exploring new taste and new foods, this is a great place to go. The great food comes fast and piping hot. The day we were there it was quite full and the staff were run off their feet, so getting a second glass of water took a very long time. And in my own case, without water, I can't eat (after throat cancer treatments). But I'd join my friends there anytime. In fact I've been to about six different Congee Queens and all are great. (PS: I was the only Caucasian in our group)
