We had two very good experiences at this location. The servers were friendly to my entire group and the food was excellent. It was also served as ordered (no mistakes) and refills on coffees were quick. WiFi reception was also very good at our table and temperature was just fine. Overall, a very pleasant breakfast experience and we have visited again recently due to the food and positive atmosphere. Don't hesitate to give this location a try if you are in the neighbourhood!

Under new management. We had stopped going because the service and food quality was bad. Today we decided to try it again and was greatly surprised! Helen is amazing. The food was fresh and served in a timely manner. I was warned in advance that my waffle make take a bit but the wait was well worth it and it wasn't a long wait at all. My husband loved his steak and eggs and ate half my waffle as well! We will be back now that Helen and her hubby are running the place. Major turn around of service and food quality! if you went before June of this year, go back and try again! You'll be glad you did!

Very warm welcome along with great service. Reasonably priced especially the early bird special. Beats the hell out of McDonald's. Good size servings with all fresh ingredients. Highly recommend as a place for a great meal at anytime.

I love Eggsmart. Especially this location. I discovered it almost by mistake but so glad I did. The new owners are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. I live in Mississauga and make the trek here for breakfast - they are that good!! Great selection - reasonably priced - and delicious!!
