Firkin on Danforth

Really good chicken curry. I mean better than Indian joints. So damn tasty.

We had a great experience this weekend at the Firkin. They hosted us for our office party. Great food and superb service, couldn't ask for a better venue!

We went there for a birthday party on December 7th, a Saturday night. It was our first visit. We didn't have a reservation but there were no problem to find a table that fitted everyone. We had beer and apps until the other guests arrived. During this time our birthday friend went to washroom and the server prompt used the opportunity to offer a free desert to her. By the time the rest of the guests arrived the server brought the dessert and we celebrated all together. It was a such good night. No rush to leave the table, which seems usual in Toronto. Fast service when requested. The server was really friendly and fun. The food was good. The beer was cold. The price was fair.
It is definitely a place to return again.

Arrived at lunch on a Monday with two friends. It was a plan b as the intended restaurant was closed. Pleasantly surprized. Clean and fresh with no stale beer smell!! Lunch special arrived quickly. Good burger with crisp fries and onion rings.

Great place. Standard Firkin menu. Also prompt and delicious. Fun staff: Ethan's the best!

And tater tots. My life is tater tots and I love subbing them in on everything!
