(November 12, 2019, 2:39 am)Truly one of my favorite restaurants in all of Toronto, I've been coming here since it was just 4 walls and a roof.
You absolutely cannot find a more authentic northern Chinese taste anywhere else. Everything is crafted with care and respect to traditions. The must haves for first time visitors are the kebabs, which are seasoned with delicious cumin and spices. My other favorite is the lamb soup, it is hearty and full of delicious lamb aroma. I would also recommend the fried lamb with cumin, it has a great mix of crunchy vegetables and spicy dried chili oil which I found fantastic. They also serve a variety of cold or hot noodle dishes if you're not into spicy food.
Summary: great taste, value, and fun atmosphere. Long lines and packed tables every weekend! -
