(July 21, 2019, 1:22 am)Tourist from Ottawa staying at a near by Hotel visiting the local attractions. Anyhow,,, we were looking for something close with good reviews close to the hotel. We found this little family owned restaurant that extremely satisfied my family (2 x adults & 3 kids). The food was fresh and home made!!!! the portions blow me away!!! Price more then fair!! The owner even took the time to tell us what goes in to each dish!! Places like Golden Joy is what we call a local "GEM" in my region. I have nothing but 5 stars to give them!! I will even re-visit this restaurant the next time in town!!

We got the chili chicken. Flavorful with a nice kick. Will swing by again next time we’re in the area.
