I had lunch here early Sunday afternoon some time back. The chicken salad I ordered was well-cooked and generous portions of chicken which was accompanied by a large coffee. Service was quick and the waitress was very nice. The decor was ok. So far so good.

While I was there however, I too overhead profanity used quite liberally in a loud group chat. The use of that kind of language doesn't particularly shock me except there were racial slurs thrown in as well. Not many but some and by one individual. The slurs were not directed at another patron; he was describing a confrontation with a taxi driver but still. . .. Although the waitress didn't say anything offensive herself, she participated in the chat, seemed to find it amusing, and made no effort to make him stop.

I never went back.

Excellent value from a quaint diner in an out of the way plaza. The portion didn't look large, but as I was eating it I realized that it's more than enough. Better pasta dish than I could have got at a chain restaurant, and it was just like home cooking.
