(October 19, 2019, 5:09 pm)Best KFC in Scarborough. Alex the manager provided amazing customer service. Chicken tasted fresh but popcorn chicken could have been seasoned better. 5 stars because of the manager but 4 stars for the food.

(September 10, 2019, 8:42 pm)Half decent food, but only because it is a chain. Management does not seem to care about running the place with any efficiency. The staff are minimum wage workers for a reason. None show any desire to shine and be given a position outside fry cook.

(March 19, 2019, 8:17 pm)The nicest staff I've ever encountered. The workers were speedy and polite. Made sure I was happy with my meal. Food was prepared quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend this location. Lots of parking and there is a Taco Bell in here as well. Seating area and bathrooms were very clean!
