Kibo Sushi Lake Shore

Great spot - eat here a couple time a month. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Prices are reasonable and you get a discount if you are paying cash! They also just redid the place and it looks great now.

Overall reasonable sushi made with fresh ingredients. Really stingy on the content, in particular the Kani salad rolls were missing a significant amount of crab and was stuffed with a lot of fill. Below is a comparison of what they advertised and what we received.

As the owner has responded with a desire to correct this I have added 2 stars to my review. Everyone makes mistakes, the difference is the willingness to make things better.

Haven’t gone in but love the look of this new Sushi Bar on the Lakeshore stood out cause was nice & clean. Definitely worth a check. Sorry photos taken at 4:20am on way to work.

This is my favourite place for spicy salmon rolls! These rolls are the best for sure! It’s usually my to go sushi place. I had eaten in the restaurant, the attention is good but a small place, people is usually coming up for deliveries. And, I have also ordered to pick up and delivery. Sometimes for delivery, rolls hasn’t been that great but I believe maybe it’s the packing and the time. Next time, I will take pictures.

The quality and serving of the food is definitely a winner for the price! the location is a bit small but still worth it to go to. The staff was very nice. The place gets busy so the place gets a little crowded. But overall, good sushi place to try!
