La Vecchia Restaurant Uptown

Went to dinner to celebrate me Aunt and Uncle's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Food was good. I thought the value was good and they treated us very well. They made my aunt and uncle feel really special - brought them dessert and champagne. It was lovely. We all had a great time!

Delicious food and great service! The staff here are amazing! I had ordered food for pickup but when I had received the order, the appetizer was missing. I had called to inform the restaurant and within 5 minutes it was personally delivered to me! That is what you call exceptional service!

First of all, we loved our waiter. He was such a delight and engaged us in quick conversation which lightened our mood. Then the service was really quick. Also everything we had from the main courses to dessert was just delicious! The ambience of the place is so warm as well with its warm lighting and the mood of the restaurant can be best described as relaxing! Loved every inch of my experience there! We will definitely go back to enjoy the restaurant multiple times!!!!

The restaurant is nice and food is good. We made a reservation for 7:00 pm. Dec. 14th . When we arrived we were told we had to leave by 9:00 pm. for the second sitting. As we were a group of friends who did this every year, we liked to have time to eat leisurely and chat. However because they expected us to leave at 9:00, we were practically rushed out. Had they told us this when we made the reservation, we would have arrived at 6:00 pm. instead of 7:00 pm. Because of this we were disappointed by the way we were treated and would probably not eat there again.

We were a party of 8 for a milestone birthday celebration for one of our friends. Even though we had a reservation had to wait more than 30 min to get a table. The place was packed but as soon as we were sited our server was amazing to take all the orders and most importantly everyone got their food at once so it was nice to eat together. The food was delicious and the server went out of her way to please us and make our time as pleasant as possible. Great atmosphere. We will definitely comeback.
