My son and I really enjoyed our time at the mandarin. It was his first time eating there. The food is excellent and staff friendly. We had lunch. Will visit in near future.

Came for Canada day, it was a busy day but the service was still good despite how hectic it was outside. And the food was well maintained (platters were full), and it was clean in there. The staff were great and respectful as well. Noticed they had renovations and the inside looks more modern, newer, and cleaner

For those unfamiliar with Mandarin, it's the largest Chinese - Canadian buffet chain in Ontario. You get a great selection of food at a reasonable price. I have been coming here for years and it's one of my favourite locations. There's lots of seating so there tends to be lots of family and social gatherings. The best time to go is earlier in the afternoon to get the freshest food. While you don't need a reservation, for special dates /holidays, you need to book ahead or might not get seating. If you are not sure what you want to eat, this is the place to come.
