This McDonald's offers good service when it's not busy. Bad weather and off hours are the best times to go for a prompt service experience. However, seeing as it's the only McDonald's in this area, it is most often busy. The seating area has plenty of seating and there are 4 self serve kiosks. The MEN'S washroom is usually slightly dirty to standard but signs of vandalism in the stall and a broken diaper station show lack of maintenance initiative...

One of the best brunch in Parkdale. 2 breads, roasted potatoes Nepali style, cucumber salad, chickpeas and Tibetan salt tea or normal tea. Just tasted their new menu for veg. Wow. Service excellence...

Service has improved I am increasing my star review from 1 to 3

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Yet for some reason every Saturday morning the order gets messed up and forgotten. The automated systems does not work I favour of the customer. I always ha e to ask for my order. Never a print out fro. The self serve, it’s been an issue since for as long as I can remember. Today my self serve order no ticket again and the. The order dropped off the screen. So I had to ask for my order twice. The staff immediately assisted. So not sure who to blame for the problem but this is poor service I. My view. We switched from Tim Hortons breakfast to McDonald’s. as we prefer McDonald’s coffee. We are. Now considering g coffee at home, why pay for frustration and time wasted waiting in line and asking for food which is not cheap
