McNie's Fish & Chips

First time visit... wont be the last! Fish was tasty, fries could have used a longer cook time but none the less very good. Prices were average. We were impressed!

I was looking for a fish & chips restaurant and so many expect for this store was closed on Sundays. They are open 7 daysba week which is great. Read previous reviews so I decided itnwould be worth the 20 minute drive to get here.

Once I arrived the decor was really earm and cozy. The waitress was super nice. I ordered the Cod lunch special with a coffee and coleslaw.

I was expecting a smaller piece of fish for a lunch special but it turned out to be a really thick piece that was very juicy and flavourful. The chips were also crispy and delicious!! Way better than other places where their chips tend to be dry.

10/10 would recommend this place. I will definitely come back and try other thing on the menu!

Excellent local fish and chip shop. I highly recommend eating in cause your dinner will be so good fresh. But take out is a great option too.

This place was amazing. The haddock portion was huge and fresh. The batter for the fish was perfect crispy and light. Not over cooked at all fish very flaky. The whole family was full eating here. Joey our server was very kind and attentive even when she was busy and the only server that evening.

Went here with my boys in a pretty big group. The staff were delightfully friendly, even remembering all of our names.

The food was pretty good too. I've had better fish and chips before, but this place definitely was pretty delicious and more than satisfied everyone in the group.
