Wonderful Experience! Food was lovely especially the pork neck lettuce wrap, delicious! Service was good, definitely some good conversation and knowledge but the waiter seemed a little nervous though. Really digging the later hours as I work in the food industry and it's challenging to find restaurants opened late in the winter.

Loved the food! One of the best tuna tartare I’ve had.. really appreciate the Filipino flavour undertones. The seafood noodles was also really good.. that sauce was delicious. The space is smaller than I expected, but I actually prefer that - feels more intimate. The only complaint is the music - a little too loud for my liking. But other than, I’d definitely go back and highly recommend.

Incredible experience all around at Mineral last night. Food is delicious and very unique. Flavors I've never tasted before. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Spectacular interior design paired with delicious food offering and excellent service. Dishes are smaller than what I thought for lunch (on the expensive side for the portion) but the salmon and pork neck were both made to perfection (delicate and delicious)! I wished lunch menu offered more appetizer and dessert options. Who wouldn't want more dessert after a delicious meal?

Must return to try everything on the menu, would 100% recommend to anyone. Such a great take on fusion east Asian cuisine.
