Amazing food!! I've tried a lot of their sandwiches and am blown away every time. The attention to detail, the flavours and pairing of ingredients... So good. And the staff are super friendly, too.
Food here is amazing. Very fresh ingredients and lots of cool options. Super Friendly service and nice little seating area. Will definitely be coming back.
I had the burger (can't remember the specific name) with fries and salad combo. I upgraded to sweet potato fries ($1) and got chipotle dip ($1). In total it was about $19. The portion was fine. The kale salad was good, and the burger was on par or a bit better than the many gourmet burgers you can find in downtown Toronto nowadays, which is to say it is a pretty good burger.
Now, it may seem like a small thing, but I'm writing this review mainly because of the sweet potato fries. I like sweet potato fries and pretty much get them whenever I have the chance at a restaurant. So I've had sweet potato fries at TONS of places from you random fast food joints, to big chain spots, to fancy spots... EVERYWHERE. I don't know if I'm the beneficiary of some random confluence of events but these sweet potato fries were incredible! The best I've ever had by far! The texture, the seasoning, the perfect level of crispy/softness....they were almost worthy the price of the meal themselves. There wasn't nearly enough. INCREDIBLE. I'll be back for sure.
This place feels like they put a solid effort into every dish. I kind of felt I had a little personal chef make my favorite just for me, just how I like it.
Great spot
This place has amazing food and for a great price.
My wife and I came here and had an amazing lunch. I had the Korean chicken sandwich. The chicken was tender and seasoned well. My wife had the jerk chicken bahn mi. The slices of mango and it's sweetness played so well with the spices from the jerk seasoning. The staff was so accommodating and had offered to do a half and half for the side orders. I was able to get half kale salad and half crinkle fries. We then finished off with blueberry cheese cake ice cream and death by chocolate ice cream. Will be back for more in the future! Truly an amazing place here
