    Have been going to this location for years as its in the neighbourhood. Always get great subs here. Fresh ingredients always. Owner is very friendly.

    The staff are much more friendly recently which is a sizeable and welcome change! I tried the Tex Mex black bean sub - it's quite tasty! I'd order it again but the price (if you don't have a coupon) is steep. Now they need to get vegan cheeze slices and a non-dairy sour cream-type sauce or some such thing to go with. ;)

    Two beautiful mother and daughter are very helpful with my orders. Friendly staff :) Fast and very neat store. Highly recommended this store.
