Northern Smokes

Amazing smokehouse restaurant in a little corner of Scarborough. They have a huge smoker set up right next to the restaurant and smoke everything on the spot. We tried the Brisket sandwich, Brisket Poutine and Hot Dog/Sausage on a Bun plus Mac & Cheese on the side. The quality of the food was terrific and I felt we still received value for our money because the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and we're looking forward to visiting again to sample some of the other menu items. PS everything is Halal.

I live in BC and went down to Ontario for the weekend. We were told to try Northern Smokes. Myself and my friend both went and ordered a shirt rib, back rib, and a brisket.

I'd like to say that the meat was cooked to perfection and had the perfect flavour as it was not too strong nor too mild!

I'd like to say, that it was the best meat I have probably tasted in my life to add to that no Halal options for smoked meats exist asides from this place according to my knowledge.

Myself and my friend are considering flying to Ontario just to have dinner at this place...

We ordered the meat platter which we absolutely loved in quantity & quality! We just didn't like the taste of jerk chicken and mac & cheese, hopefully next time we are able to swap those for other item.. staff was friendly and very helpful.. I would definitely visit more & more.

The food is fantastic. All the meat dishes we got were marinated to perfection. The brisket sandwich alone is worth the trip. Definitely a must go if you're in Scarborough. No downside, and the place was fairly clean and well ventilated. They recently expanded which is good cause it's get packed at night. Service was also friendly and helpful to everyone.
