Soooo happy to have found a halal noodle house in the Vic Park/401 area!!! Happened across them on skip the dishes and have been very happy. Soup is very flavorful and the meat is nice and tender. Portions and pricing is very good! Have to go in one day and try the dine-in experience. Highly recommend!!!
The noodles are hand pulled and you can see it happen which is nice. The noodles ends up being a bit irregularly shaped and long but its fun to have. The traditional soup base is great. Everything they serve are pretty oily though.
Western Chinese cuisine restaurant with an emphasis on hand pulled noodles and BBQ skewers. We tried the noodles in a beef broth and it was very good, though the beef and lamb skewers were even better. The beef dumplings were also excellent. All in all a very enjoyable experience because of the food and the friendly and professional waiting staff. All the dishes are Halal btw and they have a certificate on the wall to prove it.
Lots of nearby parking. The entrance is wheel chair accessible and the food is halal (the certificate of which is promptly displayed clearly upon entrance).
We were promptly seated upon arrival, the place was a little busy on this cold Saturday's night. It took a few minutes for the waitress and waiter to take our orders. They explained the items on the menu quite well and they were very informative, especially as it related to a severe food allergy
Our orders came fairly quick, and the waiter was very cautious in helping my friend know which sauces he could or could not eat. The prices were fairly reasonable and I've posted them in the photos of this review. They're current as of Saturday the 26th of October, 2019.
The portions of the soup we got were very reasonably priced and absolutely worth what we paid for. We also really enjoyed the boiled beef dumplings and some lamb skewers. The food was tasty, satisfying and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating and the restaurant's ambience was quite comfortable.
I'd definitely return here again.
I'd have given 4 stars if the lamb was served hot instead of cold with the noodles. But the noodle itself is worth the while. Decent service. Shrimp and/or eggs side dishes are less attractive. Soup base is wonderful.
