After reading many reviews i 've to say that my experience was amazing and i received probably more that what i paid for, i assisted to a sushi making class and i learn more than just making sushi, i think that all is about the attitude and desire that you bring to the class. I highly recommend to any one, myself will be taking more classes from chef Russell.
Had an amazing experience at the Thai cooking class. Chef Russell was a great instructor. The class was fun and informative. Can't wait to try this at home on my own. I would definitely like to come back for more cooking classes.
Our instructor, Chef Russell, was super personable and knowledgeable. Even though the class was about sushi I learned so many cooking tips then just how to make that. Super hands on and I like how basically started from scratch. Chef Russell is approachable and welcomes lots of questions to which is nice. I also really liked how everyone had to work together. Had a great time, thanks Chef Russell!
Had a fun time while learning how to make sushi and the second time on how to make Thai food. Great teacher!!! It was a true learning experience which enabled me to be able to feel comfortable about making these items at home. Classes are about 10 - 11 people so you get great one-on-one help should you need it. How do you recommend these classes
Came to write an amazing review about Russell's sushi making classes, was kind of heartbroken to see all these negative reviews about his cooking classes because they were honestly so much fun! Would definitely recommend to a friend or family. Whether you're a novice or a professional chef it's always nice to try out cooking as a group, especially with a head chef with a sort of Gordan Ramsey type of finesse.
