Pho Nobu Restaurant

A very clean and presentable Vietnamese restaurant with modern ambience. It seemed to me the quality of ingredients are on par with most competitors as is price range on their menu. I thought the pho noodle broth was fair but not great. It could've used longer simmering time in the pot to extract deepened, richer, flavorful taste. 3.5 stars.

The rare beef pho is excellent, very fresh, delicious broth, decent amount of beef. The shrimp salad rolls were very good too. Reasonably priced which is a plus! This restaurant is clean and had fully stocked condiments and chopsticks rolled in napkins. Other pho places I've been to have crusty bottles that are sticky and look neglected. I was happy dining here and will be back again.

I have to say the fish sauce impressed me. It’s easily the most authentic fish sauce you can get from a restaurant in this neighbourhood. The crispy spring roll was also great. Pork skin was well done.

The fresh rolls are great but the peanut hoisin sauce was a bit too salty.

Amazing place for Vietnamese food. Every time I go there I have a dilemma about what to order because everything I tried so far is delicious. Food always tastes fresh, humongous portions and service is also good. Highly recommend trying it out.

I have come here several times and this is my review : Food is really tasty and delicious. The servers are very nice, courteous and polite. The decor is really cosy and makes you feel like home. Another thing is you should try Vietnamese cuisine. I can say that Vietnamese food is really special and exquisite
