Surprised you can get Pizza this good in a food court in under 5 minutes. Fully customizable, you pick your own toppings and create your own pizza. Toppings are good quality and the crust is great. Lots of good options in the food court but this one is my favourite. Price is pretty fair too. In my opinion far better than Blaze Pizza and it’s a Canadian brand!
The Margherita pizza was good, but It wasn’t out of this world (and IMHO it’s priced above its taste level for a pie). I was expecting it to have a bit more oomph. Each topping above that is approximately $2 each. It was good but I’ve had better pizza, for a lot less. The spiced olive oil was good, and the pepperocini toppings made it for me... and those are free.
The Margherita pizza is SO GOOD. Just like the one I had in Italy! Also check out their dessert- the sweet pie is delicious. It’s definitely become my go-to spot for pizza :)
5 stars all around!! I found this place and staff to be clean, friendly, attentive and fast. I've eaten here a couple of times and I can't say I've had a bad experience. I had their goat cheese small bites with a salad and loved them both.
I always look forward to eating here after a day of shopping. I'll definitely be coming back! Take my word for it when I say it's definitely worth going to!
I am so torn on Pi Co Pizza! I love the concept and I am a huge fan of Blaze Pizza so I also love PI Co, but there are definitely a few things to work on...
The good:
-Amazing pizza, they cook the pizza really well. I saw other people note the pizza was undercooked, but that has not been my experience at all. The dough is phenomenal and a clear step-up from Blaze. It is thick and delicious.
-Fantastic portion size.
The bad:
-The staff are super awkward. I can't stress this enough, I have had such odd interactions the entire time and I don't know what to make of it. Not the end of the world.
-Vegan cheese is extra (I usually get this because I am Lactose)
-They definitely aren't a fan when you take advantage of the "unlimited toppings", I don't see the point of offering it if they're just going to get upset when you actually get a sufficient amount of toppings.
Consensus: Worth trying if you like the concept of a make your own pizza place, just don't expect a great ordering experience.
