Puff Pastes

Went mid afternoon on a Saturday and was mostly sold out. No more beef, had 1 chicken paste (paste reminds me of a pizza pocket-empanada cross). Ended getting 2 apple filled pastes. Not sweet like most places. Wished for more filling though. Pastry light and fluffy but not overtly flaky. The cashier needs to work on math skills, shortchanged us.

Don't know where the 5 stars are coming from. I found the empanadas small and the filling flavorless and very little. Close to $7 for 2. Yes the place is clean and the food is fresh. The pastry was puffy as stated. Good to try once but maybe won't return.

Very bright and cheery place. The service was great and the food is amazing. There are good options for vegetarians and vegans. Both sweet and savory are amazing. This place will definitely become a regular for us and I will recommend it to friends and family.

I found this place yesterday and got the Hawaiian which was delicious and fresh and satifying. I couldn't stop thinking about it and today I went back and got the beef paste. Incredible. I love this place. I'm so glad to have this in the neighbourhood!

I found this place today and loved the pastes. The owner is amazing and the place is beautifully decorated. We are so happy that a place like this one opened at the Jumction. I recommend it if you like puff pastry.... it is delicious.
