    We were fortunate to be at the opening of the new restaurant Qool. We were able to sample many of their menu items, from the delicious homemade pizzas, salads and pastas. The pasta bolognese made with “impossible” burger meat was indistinguishable from the real thing. Amazing!! The Mac and Cheese was excellent made with a blend of cheeses. My favorite was the outstanding selections of desserts, the butter tart, lemon bars and maple blondies were out of this world!!
