We arrived at this restaurant for a meeting. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. The staff were extremely nice and we felt good. The meal was yummy. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Warmly recommended.
Really disappointing. I went to Rodeo years ago and was extremely satisfied with the food and the service. When someone asked me if it would be a good place to celebrate a birthday, I said yes immediately. Our table was ignored repeatedly by the waiters, we could see how other clients were being served and we kept waiting. Sometimes they came to the table and even skipped some of us, including the birthday guy. My daughter is a vegetarian, and my husband had to ask 4 times before they brought her some fish. Also, most of the meat was rare cooked, almost raw, not even medium rare. Half of us did not want to eat it that way. We told the waiters about it, but it was useless. I left the place hungry, having saved my appetite for the meat that never came. Four of us on our table never turned the card red, waiting for some more meat to come. Our dishes were just removed (rude!). I still cannot believe we were charged $107 (18% gratuity) for such a mediocre service. On the positive side, the show was exceptional, the garotas, the singer and the musical group are really good and give the best of them. Sad that such poor customer service is killing the place.
I admire this spot! They offer decent meals, their menu is rich, The cook in that place is very experienced, I love a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.
Absolutely amazing! If you enjoy a good cut of meat, this place is a must. The menu varies from beef to fish to lamb and all in between, with different cuts of beef and certain cuts cooked to a different rarity. I visited during showtime too, so there was a live band and dancers, which made the night incredible.
If I have a single critique, it's that the live music was amplified a bit too loud, especially compared to the regular music level, so it was a bit hard to talk amongst our group and to the waiters.
Despite that small snag, I can easily say this is hands down one of the best places I've ever been, I highly recommend it.
Absolutely outstanding. Located on the second floor at 95 Danforth Avenue, it is not readily visible from the street, but what a find. The salad / vegetable bar has some unique and brilliant offerings, so much so that I was tempted to fill up on the salads and vegetables, and pass on the meat. Lucky for me, I stayed the course and left room for the beef, chicken, pork, and lamb that followed. The meat was also outstanding. We were served by knowledgeable wait staff, who could explain the different cuts and seasonings. Very refreshing. It showed that they really cared. The pace of the servings was also great. Finish or stop eating what you have, and a moment later the next offering arrives. We were never hurried. I was so impressed that I have made a reservation for my staff Christmas Party. I would say that this is the best Brazilian Steakhouse that I have ever been to, and that includes the ones in Brazil. Highly recommended for great tasty dining.
