    Service isn't ideal. If you want something done, you've got to get up and head over to the counter and ask them straight or they will just walk by your table. Food is delicious, though I don't reccomend the buns. Anything fried is guaranteed to be good. Prices are cheap. Small, medium, large on weekends are all 3.19 while on weekdays, they're 2.99. However, there are also XL and XXL. Max cap price on dimsum is like 4$. Super affordable in my opinion.

    Newly renovated. Looks good and clean. Food is excellent. Price may be a bit high for a small restaurant like this. But I do like the food here.

    Good food. Nice decor.

    But the place is LOUD. It's a combination of the patrons and renovations. Lots of hard smooth surface (walls, floors, mirrors, etc) so the sound wave just reflects and bounces around. Also, their table layout sucks. The waiters have to squeeze between the chairs to access some tables.

    I'd give 2 stars if it wasn't for the good food.

    Average food quality is quite good. Great service. The boss recommended jumbo oysters from Vancouver. Will definitely repeat.
