Had heard a lot of good things about the place. before I visited. As expected the place was packed. Personally I felt the food was good but not exceptional. Prices are reasonable which adds to the place's popularity.
I have been visiting this location for many years now and I have always been very well taken care especially by Fatima. She is very helpful. Excellent taste and many varieties of food being served. You always have a choice at this location. Mansur is great at taking catering orders and fulfilling it at timely manner. All of the staff working are very friendly and helpful.
First time that I came to Silver Spoon and I was greeted by Zishan. His hospitality was great by offering me to taste different variety’s of food to get the best plate with my wife. Food is very delicious and I recommend coming here! You will not be disappointed ????
I have been getting food from this restaurant for over 20 years and someone who has experience/knowledge/and good understanding of the food service and the hospitality industry in general that this restaurant needs to completely overhaul and change its operations from top to bottom including hiring of employees who have experience in the food service industry and a good understanding of working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment if it wants to survive including the cleanliness, an important area that cannot be overlooked in the food service industry. Also, the store needs to change its lighting with more brighter and energy efficient bulbs, removal of the 2 floor cooling/heating units as customers through garbage in it. It should be replaced with two commercial size garbage bins and 2 or 3 plastic chairs with no handles for customers who are waiting for their food. The vacant unit which has not been utilized for many years and for which rent has been paid for a long time needs to be used for Uber Eats and Skip The Dishes, etc. taking and delivering large catering orders and at least 2 employees should be hired for handling these. Finally, the ventilation system should be improved in the kitchen and the takeout restaurant. Make the restaurant more welcoming, inviting and comfortable for both employees and customers so that more can be done to serve the customers.
Great service! I asked the lady to not wrap my kabob roll in aluminum foil (for safety) and she very kindly obliged. Keep it up!
