We went in group of 8 people and ordered every burger because they looked amazing, although my and my partner wanted Piri piri chicken which we thought was by default. Since there was big line up we went to the guy standing at the end of the counter who I think was the manager and told him if we can get chicken instead and guy was really courteous and replaced our burgers with chicken, but the best thing he did was he bought us our fries as well which was really thoughtful since we were sharing fries and they got cold while we were waiting for the burgers.
Great burgers, and better service...
Friendly staff who don't hate children. Coupons make eating out affordable. Great beer on tap and booths near the windows are worth fighting over.
Had takeout True North Burger. Make sure you tell em you want regular toppings. The girl asked me anything with regular toppings. Thought she was gonna put lettuce and tomato. Just told her I wanted guac, hot sauce and cucumber. Thought she'd put the lettuce and tomato automatically. Was a good burger still.
I was here for the table service portion. Drinks reported as good. Burgers are very tasty and definitely worth the (reasonable!) price. Service was friendly, if not the absolute swiftness it was fast enough. Server was not pushy and seemed like a good dude. Oh, yeah, the onion rings are amazing. Crisp, tasty, flavourful. They don't need ketchup and were a pleasant surprise. Went great with the burger. I found the burger to be... well, it's greasy like a good burger should be, but it was meaty and not absolutely dripping with oil, and well seasoned. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if in the area, it's a definite pick... especially if there's picky eaters around.
