    Great tasting jerk pork and stewed chicken decent prices and fairly quick service lots of options

    I only purchased their soups i.e. Chicken on Mondays, Cowfoot/heel on Wednesdays and there Beef on Saturdays. I enjoy it and the price is right. I'm yet to try there meal deals. They are having a BBQ this Weekend so come and check it out!!

    Huge shout out to Joy and her team at Spice It Up! Great people, food and prices! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some nice flavourful food! Spice it up has hosted many of our work parties with no issues.
