Love their waffles and the their staff. Super friendly people, always with some good suggestions. The only downside is that the wait after ordering can be long :(

Came here for Sunday brunch. Friendly service, but as others have said it took a really long time for the food to come, almost an hour (and this was when things were winding down in the afternoon). Food was pretty good — only complaint from our table was that the poached egg wasn’t runny at all. Not awful but could be a bit better.

There is a lot to like about this place but it has one really major problem - the service is staggeringly slow. The food is excellent, the prices are alright, the staff is friendly and accomodating, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. But the place seems to be perpetually and severely understaffed. Expect to wait up to 10 minutes to be seated, another 10-20 minutes for the server to take your order, and then as much as an hour before your food is ready. It's such a shame that it takes so long, because everything else is excellent. I used to come here for lunch regularly with a group of people from my work, but we had to stop coming because it takes way too long.
