Subway

Watched the lady put cheese on a sub on top of meat then put it back in the tray. Employees must not be being trained on food safety. No cheese or lettuce was on my sub, they never mentioned it on the phone or in person they had ample opportunities. I called to ask if I could get it lightly toasted as there is no option when you order online and notes disappeared after ordering. While picking it up I saw she was visibly anxious, something was clearly wrong and she didn't want to say anything. She told me over the phone that they didn't have my sub and that I had called the wrong location. Asked a few times if they had a chicken teriyaki ready for pick up and if I could have it lightly toasted, she couldn't understand me and she didn't speak clearly into the phone as I couldn't hear her very well. Said chicken teriyaki crunch repeatedly, then she finally looked and said it was ready. Called 4 or 5 times well before the sub was started. She picked up after the sub was finished, it rang for about 10 minutes total (another guy was in the back too). The spinach was very dark and had a horrible taste must've been rotten. The other veggies looked as though they've been exposed to air for a long time even though they had just opened. Really not fair. I don't want this but I haven't eaten in a long time and after reading the reviews do not want to speak to them as they are confrontational and take criticism very personally. They opened late. I finally got my sub around 9:10 AM on Tuesday Nov 14 ordered at 8:01 and they were supposed to open at 8:00. Never been to such a poorly run subway something needs to be done urgently!

Don't make the same mistake I did trusting this location. You will be disappointed.

Contacted customer support. Apparently it just goes to the franchisee so not expecting much to happen. Will update this with the results. Hopefully won't have to go higher up, this can't continue.

Good food. Too bad it’s a small space.
