SumiLicious Smoked Meat & Deli

Smoked meat overload! Sandwiches are brick sized mammoths filled with a mountain of delicious smoked meat, complimented in yellow mustard. Option to choose fat level from lean, medium, fatty. Poutine was good especially the gravy. Reminiscent of Montreal's flavours. Would return to give other items a go but if you have smoked meat hankering in Markham, don't hesitate.

So we were a Dunn's family in Montreal way, way back when. Dunn's closed and we moved to Schwartz's right after. Living in Toronto I now say the search for Smoked Meat is over.
Small place, fast and friendly service, there were quite a few people sitting and eating. Great smoked meat, great fries, though I would like a heartier gravy.
Absolutely worth the money, I will be back again (and likely again after that).

Customer Service was exemplary! Super thoughtful and courteous. Best smoked meat I’ve had in Toronto so far, you can choose your meat fattiness! Definitely coming back!

Having grown up in Montreal, I was skeptical. But SumiLicious's reputation was justified based on our visit! Amazing smoked meat, just like the real thing. And really friendly proprietors! If you crave Schwartz's, you won't be disappointed!

I got the smoked meat sandwich combo, and have no regrets. I was very full and the sandwich was delicious.
It came with basically a 1/2pound of smoked meat, seasoned fries, some coleslaw, and a massive pickle.
FYI drinks aren’t part of their combos (and they do have signage indicating that, so with a drink my total was around the $18 mark which I think is fair based on other venues).

Portions are big; and it’s a challenge to not let the meat fall out of the sandwich.
The meat is super flavorful, and has a nice mix of tough parts and fatty parts that just melt in your mouth. More amazingly is that the bread doesn’t fall apart, nor is it too hard.
The fries were fresh (but for my palette, I added a little bit more salt and lots of ketchup).
Their coleslaw balances out the sandwich and fries salt levels, and is actually quite refreshing.
The pickle is massive, and pretty juicy too.

Overall, I think it’s worth a visit if you’re ever in the area.
