Always great service here. I was recently accidentally double charged for something and after speaking and explaining the situation to many employees/management about fixing the problem for over a week, Kumar kindly offered me a refund - no questions asked. Great customer service on Kumar’s end :)

We have ordered the family deal a couple times here and it just seems like the best bang for your buck.

Considering 1/4 chicken dinners cost $10+ this meal contains a full chicken, 4 sides, rolls, chalet sauce it more than feeds 3 of us with some left over so it could feed 4 people as it’s probably made for. At only $30 this is a cheaper deal than buying three individual meals and you get more food.

Loved this restaurant. I specially loved the one at Birchmount and Lawrence area. They moved just across the street though which I find the environment not the same as it use to be. Great food always though. Highly recommended.

I worked at a company at Ellesmere and Birchmount for thirty years. This has always been our go to Swiss Chalet location. From the old location across the street to the new one.
I’m very impressed with the look of the new location.
I had also lived in the area for a few years prior to that and that is how I discovered this location.

We have held countless Birthday and work celebrations here and always been treated like family. There was a bit of a rough patch before Sarge took over, but he promptly got things back to the quality and service we were used to. We once had a group of forty people and a limited lunch hour. Sarge and his staff made it happen!

It’s the kind of place were the servers have been there for years and you know their names and they know yours. They have always done their best to ensure we enjoyed our meals.

Sunday, I had the two-dinner special and was very impressed at the tenderness and juiciness of the white meat. Everything was just right. I’m also a big fan of the crispy chicken.

If something isn’t right, politely ask for it to be fixed and it will be.
