Tadka- Sizzling Indian Spices

I was walking down the Queensway one evening and smelled the beautiful aroma of Indian Curry. I didn’t know where it was coming from because as far as I knew there wasn’t any Indian restaurants nearby.
I finally saw Tadka across the street and it had just recently opened. I went in and was greeted by wonderfully welcoming staff. The atmosphere was inviting...the food was excellent and some of the best Indian Cuisine I have ever had. And the prices were very reasonable.
I have been back since and it was as perfect an experience as the first.
I can’t say enough about Tadka...do yourself a favour and give it a try. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing dinner at Tadka with some friends. The food was all delicious. I had the Goan Fish Curry, and it was incredible. My friends had various vegetation dishes which were also excellent. I order a lot of Indian food, and this is the best I've had. The service was top notch as well. I will be back over and over.

My boyfriend and I were absolutely blown away by the food here! They modified my vindaloo to be a bit less spicy and added spice to my boyfriend's korma it was so perfect! Everything was amazing, portions, prices and service was soo lovely! This will definitely be our new date spot!

Had dinner there for the first time, food was pretty tasty and the garlic naan was excellent. Nice ambiance and decor, clean facility.
It was empty, so we had service all to ourselves, waitress was a bit shy but took great care of us.
Food was very tasty and fresh, good quality meats, the lamb was a much better choice over the butter chicken, which I've had better. The gulab desert was by far the best I've had!!!!
I would definitely go back and surely recommend.

Amazing! No other word could describe the flavour of the food. Truly exceptional and one of the best tasting experiences of Indian Food in Toronto. As equally as good as the food was the service. Fast and friendly
