Very authentic arepas !

Had 2 different types from the food truck. The Pabellón was delicious, but I thought $13 for one was a bit overpriced for the portion. I found I was still hungry after. If I had just tried the Pabellón I'd give it 4 stars since my only complaint would be value.

My husband had one with chicken and avocado. I didn't realize it was a shredded chicken salad filling. I would have preferred warm chicken and avocado chunks. Instead, the avocado was more of an avocado mayo style. It was also salty.

Overall, not disappointed, but not something I'll go out of my way for in the future.

The food is amazing quality, fresh and taste delicious. I’ve been coming here for a year and the staff are wonderful. They truly take care of you. The prices are fair for the quality. A taste of Venezuelan food will have u coming back.

God save the Republic! The Area Republic. Great place to experience the Venezuelan cuisine. It is a little bit off main roads but don't worry they have Uber eats.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Arepa Republic was at Markham today so I called them earlier to ask if they can just provide the corn meal bread due to my dietary restrictions. The man on the phone asked if it’s cause I’m vegan and I told him yeah but it’s more than that, I can’t eat certain foods. He asked if I can eat plantain or beans and I told him I can’t eat beans but I can eat plantain. I then asked him if the plantain is fried to which he said yes. So, I told him I can’t do plantain then but it’s fine, the bread will do cause it’s that good! And guess what he does? He was kind enough to offer to grill the plantain for me. When the food truck arrived, I reminded him I’m the one that called earlier about the bread and grilled plantain and mannn…. He told me he brought lettuce and tomato to add onto it!!! If I could give Arepa Republic 10 stars, I would. I barely eat out due to my dietary restrictions and the fact that they were willing and able to accommodate to my needs without hesitation—hands down one of my top favourite spots! I’d recommend it to anyone, the staff are so so so kind.
