The Pickle Barrel

The food was really good. Lots of selection. The service was good but it took a long time to get our lunch. Not terribly long, but made our work lunch longer than we normally take. Would go again, maybe just not during a work lunch.

Met for a spontaneous belated birthday lunch at Sherway Gardens today. Was greeted by a warm, outgoing lady who made us feel welcome right away!
Menu has changed a bit since I have last been, but Ally was more than helpful with getting indecisive starving women make great decisions. Food was hot and served quickly. We all enjoyed our choices and those pickles! We plan to return soon! Such a great day, so thank you to all!

Always a good experience. Service was good, attentive. Passed my refill test (I shouldn't have to ask for a refill). Steak was done exactly how I wanted it. Loved the stuffed baked potato. Plenty of food so I left full. No hesitation to go back for another meal.

Very friendly service (Thanks Carol!), nice cozy restaurant. Food could have been served faster (and hotter). Overall a decent place to eat with All day breakfast options with your regular pub fare.
