The Wallace Gastropub

One of our favorite pubs in Toronto and our favorite pub poutine. We were recently disappointed to see the portion change but understand things change. Hop in for a pint!

Fun place to hangout. Great selection of beer and food

I'm a bit sad that I didn't find this place earlier. It's maybe not as flashy as some of the other pubs but the staff are friendly, they have a good beer selection, and their food is delicious. Surprisingly big inside. There's also a small patio in the back.

Hands down one of my best finds so far. The food is very good quality. The pub/restaurant itself has an old English feel to it and is super cozy - you still have the big screens to watch various games. They always have offers on the food and beverages. The waiting staff really catered to us, especially the guy from Galway that we had a good chat with. Looking forward to bringing friends and visitors here in the future.

Great atmosphere, food, service, and beer selection. I was particularly impressed with the variety of Belgian-style beers. On my first visit there I was there with some friends I hadn't seen in a long time, and apparently we were being too loud for the patrons at another table and they shushed us. No drama, but after they left even the staff rolled their eyes with the event at us. Bonus, I'm from out of town and the next time I visited a few months later, the same server remembered us.

I'll definitely keep coming back!
