Great facility. nice experience. needed more parking space. On weekend very difficult to find parking. so start in well in advance
The Toronto Pan Am Sports center houses a variety of different facilities ranging from Olympic quality diving pools to simple gym space. While some of these spaces are walled off from the general public (like the aforementioned diving pool) it is still has several spaces where you can work out or play sports. However, your going to want to get familiar with its schedule if you want to use TPASC effectively as not all drop in sports are offered during the same days.
Also the weight room is great and almost always open.
Membership fees might be a little be higher than normal gyms but it completely worth it. They have plenty of facilities and they are all cleaned properly everyday. The swimming pool is extremely good, it’s really hard to find a pool that has 50m-length, and it doesn’t have those strong smell like other swimming places. A really nice place for exercise.
they have many facilities at the sports center, I only used the pool and reception area. so this review will primarily focus on those. Lovely pool. very kind and friendly at the reception. they maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and facilities. I only used the lap swimming activity. I saw walking track and gym. there were many available activities, you should check out their website for accurate information regarding this. I will recommend this pool to all those looking for a place to swim laps in 50 or 25 length pools.
Looking for a place to work out? This place is pretty pricey but worth the money. Newly built for the Pan Am games, the facility is top notch. There are a few free community activities, if your schedule lines up. But this indeed is your go to for all activities. Gym, running track, swimming, climbing wall, etc. Plus offerings for group fitness sessions. This place is excellent. It's true, you could just go to GoodLife, or YMCA for much cheaper, but I totally think this is worth the extra money.
