This is a small restaurant of about 25 seats. I have been going here for many years to eat authentic like home cooking Tibetan foods. Staffs are friendly and a bit shy too, still in her Asian tradition. I have to order Tibetan traditional tea every time I am here. Their Aloo-dum (spicy potato) is so good. I wish they are last long in the neighbourhood.
Freshness is THE flavour served at Tsampa. I can't recall being served such fresh as well as delicious food in a long time. In addition, you're in the company of warm and welcoming servers. Eat but don't think twice.
Momos are good and inexpensive. They have little touch of salad and broth. It's a good experience. Chili momos however did not meet my expectations. Their other items are good too like potatoes something, chick peas, etc.
Delicious inexpensive and authentic Tibetan food.
Don't miss the Momo's!
Great service and the ingredients were fresh and you can tell they take great pride in their dishes. Lots of repeat customers that frequent the spot located in the unofficial little Tibet.
Will definitely be back!
If you have a thing for Tibetan food, this is the place. A really “feel at home” vibe. Good variety and great service
