Apps were terrible. The "fresh calamari" tasted frozen like it was from a sports bar.... worse in fact. The "fresh baked bread" was rock hard. The signature Bolognese sauce was average. The only thing making me rate this 3 stars was the Sea Bass over risotto. That dish was phenomenal! Unless I really want that Sea Bass again, I won't ever return.

Get ready for over the top Italian decor and ambiance. Its purposeful and part of the charm if that's your thing.

The food is homey, large portions and decent. Large selection of food and even bigger wine list (no joke, it's like 200 pages and weighs as much as a cinder block).

I had the rabbit on risotto and the rabbit was a little overcooked (not sure if that's just how it is supposed to be cooked). Tastes like chicken. One other person at our table had mushroom pasta. On the creamy side. The seafood pasta was good. And the kids spaghetti was good too. Grilled calamari was a hit and buffalo mozzarella was okay.

Its probably a crowd pleaser overall. Not sure I would come back on my own initiative, but would enjoy a meal here if somebody else was hosting an event/dinner.

Great food, very personable service and the wine selection is the best I’ve experienced. Arthur our server was extremely attentive to our needs during the entire evening. Highly recommend.

High end restaurant conveniently located right off the 427 offers an extensive wine list & an excellent menu. A tad on the pricey side, but overall a quality meal. Waitstaff is always friendly & attentive.

Interesting and unique menu of delicious food, great staff who are knowledgeable and a completely unforgettable wine list (that's about 8 inches thick volume of choices). Been there a number of times and haven't been let down once. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Toronto.
