Yang's Braised Chicken Rice (North York) 杨铭宇黄焖鸡米饭

Very tasty chicken and large portions. The price is quite reasonable, hard to give less than five stars. The staff are also very friendly.

It's my comfort food. The food is one pot simmer concept. I can't say there's anything special about the food, but it will not disappoint you. You get the option to choose boneless/boned in chicken (about $10). By default they give you green pepper, mushroom, and big bowl of rice. I ordered the spicy one time, it did not come with green pepper, they gave me chili pepper. Additional toppings are $2 each. Toppings are similar to the one you find in a hotpot place(bean curd, meatballs, etc)

Pretty good Taiwanese place! Menu also serves Taiwanese style drinks made by the drink store within the same complex. Appears to share kitchen with the noodles restaurant it is connected to.

Loved the soup. It was a perfect blend of hot an spicy soup for me. The presentation was really beautiful. I was starting so didn't bother taking pictures.
If you ever find yourself near the place. Do your self a favor and visit this place

It was our first time here during father's day, and the servers were nice enough to explain everything. The menu is simple: chicken
But they made that chicken and their sauce really good.
4/5 would go again =) Highly recommended
