    Service was passable. I have received good service here before in the evening shift, but during the day it is slow.

    I generally prefer A&W over several other fast food restaurants as they provide better quality of food and service. This location on Hespler Road in Cambridge, Ontario is no exception. The staff were friendly and fast preparing and handing my order, and the cash transaction also did not take longer than expected. The washroom, which is something you can always use as one of the metrics to evaluate restaurants, was quite clean and no bad smell. I will definitely visit this location if I were on Hespler in the future.
