(October 11, 2019, 5:53 pm)This location of the A&W chain is on the average side in terms of service and quality. The staff members and crew are okay, yet they don't seem to pay attention to the details requested by customers and questions and answers could be repeated at least once to confirm orders. The location on Victoria Street is great and easily accessible to customers from Kitchener. Quality of food is okay, but other A&W locations could have better quality. It can get busy between 12-2 pm, and the parking lot is not bad.

(October 4, 2019, 5:20 pm)It was pleasant, quiet (music wasn't loud) staff was exceptionally friendly & welcoming. Egg burgers were good though we originally wanted the classic breakfast but were too late for a proper breakfast. Hot chocolate was delicious & it's nice to drink from a mug instead of a takeout cup. Washroom was also clean. Thank you for a peaceful & pleasant experience.

(September 15, 2019, 4:19 pm)I had breakfast on a Sunday morning. Good service good food. It's classic egg and bacon with pancakes are delicious. You have options of free over counter of honey and jam. Free parking . Clean washrooms.
