Swiss Chalet

I came in for dessert with my little one this afternoon, and received service from the owner which went above and beyond what one would expect. He is very personable and professional, and although we were only spending $7, he made us feel equally as welcome as he would a table of 10. That is true guest service!

The chocolate fudge cake, which we came for, is undoubtedly the tastiest in Kitchener- perhaps Ontario. It's sweet but not overly so, moist and not a hint of artificial flavour. The coffee was strong, hot and refilled - free :)

Our server was kind and she was sure to include my daughter in the conversation, which I feel is so important.

This location is about to get a renovation, so I look forward to bringing in my family for a visit soon. I highly recommend this location and will continue to be a patron. Thank you!

Great experience here. My server was training a young lady and teaching her the importance of customer service. The service was fast, the food was fresh and deliscious and the location was clean. I'll definitely be back here again.

Food is delicious and affordable. Staff are friendly. The ambience is relaxed. Just what I needed after a long day at work. I definitely enjoyed my meal. I was also served a free side. It was a newly added item on the menu that they wanted customers to try. It was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here on Thursday night. We haven't been to this location for a while but were very happy with the service we received. It was busy when we got there but we were attended to quickly by our waitress (I think her name was Carla? - she had red hair). She was very friendly, knowledgeable and even saved us money by telling us about the 2 can dine deal. Overall she was very lovely to deal with. The food was good too. We both had the quarter chicken dinner.
The service left a great impression we will certainly come back to this location.
