The staff is too busy talking to each other to help customers, including two of the staff hugging each other while im standing there waiting. Not to mention when our waitress was interacting with my family she was just trying to rush us out after being there for just 30 min. Completely ruined the experience

The music is a bit loud and I find it cold inside but that's just me really wish it would come to Cambridge 10 out of 10
