    They're new vegan menu is to die for! The staff was so friendly. They even helped me get a high chair for my daughter. They were amazing.

    I've always liked Mr Sub better than the other sub shops but this store also has amazing customer service. The food is excellent and they serve generous portions along with a great attitude. Its my favourite spot for lunch when I'm in Waterloo.

    This place has the best customer service! Always attentive, friendly and make conversation. You can tell the genuinely care about the customer experience.

    This Mr. Sub has exceptional service! The friendliness and warmth from every person working there on every occasion is so refreshing and something every food establishment should model themselves after. The food is great as well but their customer service truly what sets them above all other Mr. Sub locations! Great job and we look forward to coming back again and again!

    I come here a lot because it is the best Mr. Sub I've been to. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and the ingredients are always super fresh and delicious. Highly highly recommended!
