The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Waterloo

Our server (Christine) was absolutely amazing! She was kind, helpful, speedy with service and very knowledgeable about good wine pairings and meal choices. My wife found the BBQ sauce a bit too spicy (she is very spice intolerant) and Christine went and immediately got the shift manager to come to our table to rectify the problem without even being asked which showed us that they're willing to go over and above the call of duty to provide a very pleasurable and elegant dinning experience, which they most certainly did! Overall we had an amazing night out with food that was to die for and will most definitely be coming back. A big thank you to all Keg staff at the Waterloo location, your the best!!

It may be pricey but the service and the food is fantastic. The waitress had great timing and didn't come around too often to see how we were doing, just at the right time she'd show up. She was really paying attention. My prime rib was perfection!!! Highly recommend this place, the bread is fresh as anything, the appetizers are amazing and the atmosphere is dark yet welcoming and warm.

I had the pleasure of being served tonight by Tania J. Honestly, she was the best server I have ever had. She was accommodating, attentive, funny and kind. She made sure our every need was taken care of, and did it with a smile and some humour. The food at the Keg always speaks for itself, but Tania made the experience that much more enjoyable. Do yourself a favour and ask to be seated in her section when you come!

Had the best dinner last night! Jeff was our server and he was fantastic. You could tell he enjoys his job and is great with people. Our apps/ main courses came quickly and the food was incredible, hot and flavourful. Best restaurant experience to date!

The Keg has always been our (wife and I) go to for great steak and amazing service. Madison was our waitress and she was awesome. Was around when we needed her and not when we were enjoying each others company. Had a small issue with the mushrooms Neptune. But manager got us a new one and made sure we were happy (really good guy). The ribeye steaks were fantastic. Bread was warm and fresh. All in all. Another Keg home run.
