The Fry Shack - Kraemer's

A small little shack out on the corners of Fergus, The Fry Shack definitely delivers on its name. They've got great fries and onion rings (if a little expensive), but you get awesome portions for what you spend. Their second part of the business, the Ice Cream Shack, has awesome sundaes, milkshakes and a wide variety of ice cream flavours. I recommend that you bring cash, that's the only downside about The Fry Shack. It's also best to visit on a nice day since there's no indoors seating.

My kids always love coming here. Fries are amazing, portion sizes are large. For the prices though wish they had debit.

Yum!!! We've been working in the area lately and after a hot day we needed some ice cream to cool us down. A quick search lead me here and the other reviews raved about the fries, so naturally we had to try them. The poutine was so good!! Real cheese curds, real fries and rich delicious gravy! This size is the medium, we left full! The milkshakes, they have SO MANY flavours!! The hardest part was picking one!! They were so good and hit the spot!! We will definitely be back again!!

We were in Fergus, and after our appointments were done, we were a bit hungry so we stopped at this bright yellow chip truck. And we're glad that we did.
The food (cheeseburger, onion rings and spice sausage) we all prepared properly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, gladly creating our meal as we asked.

We also had a taste of their ice cream, which hit the spot on a hot, humid day.

We'll be back.

We were just tourists passing through but we could tell this was the place to come for locals. Friends and neighbours were having a good time enjoying delicious fresh cut fries, poutine, burgers, hot dogs and sausage. Ice cream and milkshakes available too! Great service, friendly staff and delicious food. Look for the bright yellow picnic tables. You'll be glad you stopped by.
