They need a better POS system, prompting me to tip 20+% on overpriced cupcakes for putting them in a box, while acting annoyed I’m there, is ridiculous. The cupcakes are EXPENSIVE, especially for a chain store (not even a local bakery).
I mean I go regularly but every time I do I question why I’m willing to spend so much for what I’m getting.
My husband and I took our 3 kids one random afternoon. The cupcakes were AMAZING! The variety in flavors and the attention to detail on every cupcake was something we both noticed. The service was great too. We will definitely be coming back.
Some of the most amazing desserts and cupcakes ever found The cupcakes are soft andbfreash with some of the best and unique flavors! I loved the Sweet potato one and of coarse my favorite Stawberry! Sooooooo yummmmmy!
If the smell doesn't sell you, the hefty sized cupcakes will. Great customer service, daily variation changes, and superb treats. A little pricey, but worth every penny. Make sure to sign up for the free rewards program as well.
