Their rotating menu offers a variety of delicious sandwiches, comforting soups, delectable baked goods ( the scones are out of this world!!) and there's something for everyone. Whether it's a coffee run, lunch on the go, or a lingering visit with a pot of tea, be sure to stop by...you won't be disappointed!

By chance, walked into this gem of a restaurant in downtown Guelph. My wife and I had an unbelievable pulled pork sandwich and tuna melt. All fresh bread, which they make in house. Fresh ingredients and extremely tasty. Plus. Their soups are also incredible - chicken soup and a veggie chilli.

Must visit !!!

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee with my sister. The sandwich was delicious! It's a lovely little place, and I'll be back soon for lunch. The muffins they were baking this morning smelled amazing.

Very clean with a simple decor. It had a real homey style and the owners are happy to share their story. Overall, a great addition to downtown. May I suggest the mushroom soup? Also, they have a few veggie options if that’s your thing. This are of town is really coming together. I hope Fred’s goes the distance.
