This is my go-to resturant for a quick cheap pho. The service is fast depending on how busy the restaurant is. Portions are consistent. The taste does tend to differ when it comes to the beef broth. Sometimes it's more flavourful than others.

They have decent selection of food. I've tried their drunken noodles and it does get a little salty but I like their options for tofu, shrimp, chicken or beef. Their rice dishes are okay. I really just come for the Pho & Bun Bo Hue. It satisfies my craving for pho.

The servers are absolutely wonderful. They're quick to serve and check on you to see if everything was alright. Once the ingredients added into the pho were mixed up and they came back with extra of the correct substitutes. Great service, one of the reasons I come back frequently.

The food was great! The server was super busy but was able to get my order and got my food on time. It was served nice and hot.Jasmine tea hit the spot. Thanks so much!

I do not want to be mean so I give 1 star more. I am a critical guest especially on delicious food so my opinion may not apply to not so critical people. I went to 20 plus DIFFERENT Pho restaurants so I clearly know the differences. Firstly I noticed the lime wedge was not fresh. It was cut at least 2 or 3 hours ago. Secondly the tendon was overcooked which made me a little bit disgusted. The broth was weak and definitely different from any other Pho broth I tasted before. I don't want to say it's from blending water and spice powder but just can not sure. The broth from boiling meat and bone has some different taste. The rice noodle is fine but what really disappointed me is the green onion in the soup. It was too chewy to swallow and I definitely sure it's not baby green onion, it's the over-grown onion which should not be used. The last thing is that the sever didn't smile. Probably she is just tired but just pretend you are happy and smile to customers which would make them feel good.

By the way the price is really cheap but I want to say that most of the dinning out people have already prepared to spend some money so two or three bucks expensive makes no difference to them. However the taste does. If the owner just want to use the low price strategy but not spend money on fresh material and warm service, he can not earn big money.
