The atmosphere has a great vibe and the owners go out of their way to welcome you and provide you with the best customer service. If you're into fitness the Kangoo class is a definite must. Incredible! I had the PSL with real pumpkin puree syrup infused with all the warm and delicious spices. Their passion for food, health, taste and community screams at you in everything from their menu to the ambiance and welcoming space, to the back room fitness centre! They make you feel like you're in on their mission to health and wellness with them. Great place for sure and I'm excited to taste everything on their menu.

Excellent experience! From walking in the door and being greeted by employee, food ordered and seated all in maybe 5 mins. Love everything on the menu from their smoothies to their salads to their amazing sandwiches. It's a fast food restaurant but all healthy and beyond delicious! Highly recommend!!

This is my new favourite meeting place-the coffee is incredible, the food is amazing and the owners and servers are always great to interact with. Definitely my favourite place in guelph. I love having healthy gluten free options that don't compromise on taste!
